Hyperlipidemia - paediatric aspect

Abstract
Hyperlipidemia is very rare in children, however it is very significant due to its influence on atherosclerotic changes development in the future. In this study we present clinical course, diagnosis and treatment of two boys aged 5 and 9 with type IIa familial hypercholesterolemia.
